This is something that is extremely important to do for myself, and I also believe that it’s important for you too!
It’s so easy to get caught up in the hamster wheel of our day to day lives that we forget who we are, why we are here, and what it is we truly want out of life!
I believe most people go through their lives not realising or living up to their full potential.
We have been programmed to think that we are meant to have this 9-5 grind, hate our jobs and live for the weekends and holidays.
