MYTH 1: Every meal has to be a maths equation

Here at Challenge Fitness, I believe that living a healthy lifestyle does not have to be complicated. I understand that trying to keep track of every calorie and macronutrient can be overwhelming and take the joy out of food. That's why I take a more holistic approach to nutrition, focusing on balanced meals and incorporating foods that nourish the body. My aim is to make healthy eating enjoyable and sustainable, so it's a lifestyle, not a chore.

 

MYTH 2: You have to spend hours in the gym
exercising to get results.

If you're tired of spending hours on a treadmill and getting nowhere, it's time to change things up. 

 From bodyweight exercises to weight lifting and HIIT workouts, my programs are designed to challenge you and keep you engaged. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals, and I am committed to providing you with the support and guidance necessary to succeed.

I’m a little skeptical of the health and fitness industry and personal trainers at large. With a history of eating disorders and body dysmorphia and a track record of body shame and self hate, embarking on getting in shape needed expert guidance.

 

And not just physically but mentally and emotionally as well. I wasn’t looking for your everyday run of the mill type of trainer who would give me a one size fits most program and tell me to eat the caloric needs of a toddler. 

 

What I needed and wanted was someone who knew their stuff. As a confidence, authenticity and self love coach myself, it was important that I had a trainer that understands the importance of being real, of being human. 

 

Liz IS that trainer. She is fit, healthy and strong as a bear while being real, down to earth and honest. 

 

There’s no fluff here. She’s not telling me that I should never eat hot chips again or enjoy my life, quite the opposite actually. She helps me to fully integrate my training INTO my lifestyle.

 

PLUS….the results are incredible. 

 

In just one 8 week program everyone around me is startled by the changes in my physique. I am leaner, stronger and looking and feeling in the best shape of my life- and I’m only just getting started.  

 

I have complete trust that Liz is THE coach to get me where I want to go in the most efficient and sustainable way possible. I know that quick fixes and fancy, complex workouts can be attractive but the simplicity of executing her plan has yielded amazing results. 

 

In less than 8 weeks my body scan at the gym went from:

 

Total fat mass: From 24.7kg to 20.4kg

Visceral fat: From balanced to optimal

Body fat percentage: From 28.5% to 24.2%

Muscle mass: From 34.1kg to 35.3kg

 

I’ve lost weight AND put on muscle all while working smarter, not harder. 

 

I cannot recommend Liz highly enough. She is real, down to earth, hilarious and most important- gets results!
