Online Coaching has exploded onto the fitness scene, it seems like everyone who has a Certificate to give health & fitness advice has started an online coaching business.

It does seem extremely popular right now, but yet I see so many misconceptions about Online Coaching.


Here is the first of five of the biggest ones I see.




Online Personal Coaching is only for people failing to get results elsewhere.

You may already be following a successful fitness routine and think that you have nothing to gain from Online Coaching. What most people don’t realise is that having a personal coach can turn your good fitness plan into an awesome fitness plan.

Personal Coaching is not just for people starting out in their fitness journey, or who are struggling and confused.

Sure, some of the people I have worked with online are just starting out their health & fitness journey, or they are struggling with their health goals. The others are people who already have a strong background in fitness and have become bored or not known how to progress their training to move forward.

What I can do is help you build your health & fitness plan so it can look exactly how you want it to look, fit in with your lifestyle, be fun and exciting, but also gives you the knowledge to progress. One of my main goals as a coach is to give the people I work with the knowledge to eventually head out on their own with skills they can take with them for the rest of their life.
