5. Online Personal Training/ Coaching Is A Quick Fix

Online coaching is about playing the long game. Thinking big about what you want out of life and where you want to be 5, 10, 15 years down the track.

Just like any other training program, there is a goal, to get to that goal though there is smaller goals, or I like to call them behavioural goals. These are the steps we put in place to get to that outcome goal.

When I am working with someone I look at that person as a whole. It is not just about physical health and fitness. If we want ultimate health physically, we cannot ignore what is going on mentally and emotionally. What are your weaknesses? How can we make them stronger?

If you have been trying to figure this by yourself for years doing different diets and stupid workouts that grind your body into the ground yet to find yourself once again back at square one, then something needs to change.
