It does not take much skill to scream and yell at someone to work harder or keep on pushing.
Sure, I can get loud and in your face, scream and yell at you if you want me to. I am actually good at being that type of trainer. I choose not to scream and yell at you because I don’t want to be that type of trainer.
I do not believe it takes much skill to get up in someone’s grill while you are training them to work harder, or keep on pushing.
This does not mean that I will not motivate you, push you past what you thought you were capable of. I am even better at being this type of trainer. This means I will do it in a way that helps you understand WHY you are doing what you are doing. To me, that takes skill, it takes an understanding of what you are doing and why you are doing it.
