Get FIT AF with my 4-week strength & conditioning program. This program will get you strong, build muscle, lose fat, and have you feeling FIT AF. Over the 4 weeks, you will alternate between 2 x strength & conditioning sessions, complete 1 x HIIT per week, plus start incorporating mobility work. This is the ultimate all-over body training to get you FIT AF. I have added extra yoga and movement videos on the days when there is no strength training. These are bonuses. If you have the time then I recommend doing them.
