Welcome to my LEAN AF 4-week training program. If you want to become a lean, mean, LEAN AF machine, then this is the program for you. Over the 4 weeks, you will alternate between 2 x strength & conditioning sessions, complete 1 x HIIT per week, plus start incorporating yoga/ mobility work. This is the ultimate all-over body training to get you LEAN AF. I have added extra yoga and movement videos on the days when there is no strength training. These are bonuses. If you have the time then I recommend doing them.
